Lumen Meds sells two compounded GLP-1 programs: semaglutide with vitamin B12, and tirzepatide with vitamin B6. Each has one monthly price that stays the same at every dose, and Lumen lists both on its homepage pricing cards. The published monthly prices are $114.99 for semaglutide and $191.99 for tirzepatide. The monthly price includes the doctor visit, the medication, free expedited cold-chain shipping and ongoing support from your provider. There's no membership fee.

The monthly figure isn't the whole commitment, though. Lumen's payment terms say both weight-loss programs require three months, because three months of medication are provided up front. Monthly payments are offered as an interest-free plan with no credit check, but you're agreeing to the full three-month term either way.

If you cancel before the three months are up, Lumen's terms charge an early cancellation fee equal to the program's full "retail" monthly price, which is set higher than the advertised rate. The rendered policy lists that fee as $249.99 for semaglutide or $349.99 for tirzepatide. Confirm it in writing before enrolling.

The rest of the refund policy:

• Cancel before your medical intake and you're refunded, minus a $99 administrative fee.
• Once the intake form is complete, cancellations aren't refunded.

Lumen Meds LLC, based in New Castle, Delaware, describes itself as a marketplace that connects you with independent providers. It doesn't dispense medication or practice medicine itself. Its partner disclosure names MD Integrations as the doctor network and The Pharmacy Hub in Miami Gardens, Florida, as the pharmacy.

The process starts with a 10-minute health quiz. A licensed provider reviews it online, orders labs if needed and writes the prescription.
