Fierce Health Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Fierce Health lists its standard monthly semaglutide plan at $199 and tirzepatide at $299. Three-month prepaid totals are $549 and $849; six-month totals are $1,049 and $1,599. These are sale prices. Fierce Health works like an online store. You pick a program, pay at checkout, and then complete a short medical intake. It sells four GLP-1 programs, all compounded and all given as a once-weekly injection: a standard semaglutide program, a standard tirzepatide program, and lower-dose "microdose" versions of each.

Every program comes three ways: billed monthly, three months paid in full, or six months paid in full. Paying for six months up front brings the monthly cost down the most. The microdose programs cost less than the standard ones, and tirzepatide costs more than semaglutide at every plan length.

Each listing shows a sale price next to a higher crossed-out "regular price." Fierce doesn't say how long the sale price lasts or what a later order costs, so ask before you commit to the monthly plan.

The product listings spell out the same package for all four programs:

• Compounded medication, shipped monthly.
• A board-certified, U.S.-licensed clinician who reviews your intake and approves the plan, with a video visit if more information is needed.
• Direct access to a registered nurse, with no appointment needed.
• A custom dosing schedule, plus meal-plan, workout and progress-tracking resources.

You message your care team through the Fierce Portal, and you can adjust, pause or cancel there. Fierce says orders ship discreetly in four to six days. Its terms name Red Rock Pharmacy in Springville, Utah, as the compounding pharmacy that fills prescriptions. You can also book a free call before ordering. The same store sells NAD+, glutathione, methylene blue, ivermectin and blood panels.

Fierce's FAQ says it ships to most U.S. states and refunds you if it can't ship to yours. Its terms list 30 states: Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

The semaglutide listing says the program ships free to all 50 states, which doesn't match that list. If you live somewhere else, such as California or New York, confirm with support before you pay.

Fierce says there are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. The standard semaglutide listing also promises a 90-day money-back guarantee.

The written refund policy is stricter. It says sale-price items can't be returned or refunded and that "all such sales are final." Every GLP-1 program is listed at a sale price. Ask support, in writing, whether the guarantee applies to your order before you check out.

Disputes go to binding arbitration in Ada County, Idaho. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved, and Fierce's own footer says so.
