LevelUp Rx Review: Price, Pros & Cons

LevelUp Rx sells compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide at a flat price for each drug. The price doesn't change when your provider raises your dose, and tirzepatide costs more than semaglutide.

One-month semaglutide costs $149.97 and tirzepatide $249.97. Six-month prepaid totals are $809.95 and $1,349.82; twelve months costs $1,349.97 and $2,349.88. You choose one month, six months or twelve months. Each plan is priced as a single total, and the longer plans work out lower per month than buying a month at a time. The plan price includes the online consultation, the medication, ongoing provider care and support, a kit of syringes and alcohol pads, and free shipping. LevelUp Rx doesn't take insurance.

You're billed for medication when it ships. Before each refill, LevelUp Rx contacts you, then charges your card and ships the order. Check which plan you've selected at checkout, since the six- and twelve-month totals are much larger than a single month.

LevelUp Rx is a marketplace platform, not a medical practice or a pharmacy. Independent, U.S.-licensed providers review your answers and make every prescribing decision. You fill out a short medical questionnaire and upload a photo ID and a picture of yourself, which state rules require. A doctor usually replies within about 24 hours, though some states require a live chat or video visit. In California, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Vermont, you're assigned one of two named physicians.

LevelUp Rx names two pharmacies that may fill prescriptions depending on the medication: DiRx in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and The DrugStore in Athens, Ohio. Compounded GLP-1s are made by licensed 503A pharmacies, which prepare each prescription for a named patient. You can ask for your prescription to go to a local pharmacy instead, but then LevelUp Rx can't promise the price.

Prescription medication can't be returned. Once your card is charged and the package is with the carrier, the sale is final. Before it ships, you can log in to change your address or payment method, or cancel your subscription. You can reorder or cancel from your account at any time. If a package is lost in transit, LevelUp Rx says it will reship the order. If medication arrives damaged, contact the patient care team by phone or email.

Weight loss is one of many treatments on the same account. LevelUp Rx also sells NAD+, sermorelin, B12, metformin, testosterone, hair loss and skin care treatments, among others. Service is U.S.-only, and LevelUp Rx says some treatments carry state restrictions that it confirms during intake. It doesn't publish a state list for GLP-1s, so check yours before you pay.
