What RX Bella charges
RX Bella lists compounded semaglutide injections from $249 a month and compounded tirzepatide injections from $299 a month. Both are "from" prices. RX Bella doesn't publish what higher doses cost, so ask for the price at the dose you're likely to reach, in writing, before you start.
The "from $199" in RX Bella's banner belongs to its GLP-1 microdose program, a lower-dose plan, not to either standard injection. Don't budget around it unless microdosing is what you want.
The monthly price bundles the online provider visit, the prescription, discreet delivery and ongoing check-ins. RX Bella doesn't take insurance. Its terms explain that your single charge is split behind the scenes between the pharmacy, the medical group and RX Bella's own platform fee. If you're not approved, you pay nothing.

Who runs it
RX Bella is operated by RX Web Meds LLC, a technology company that connects you with independent licensed providers and compounding pharmacies. It doesn't practice medicine or dispense drugs itself. It doesn't name the medical group or the pharmacies, and it doesn't publish the states it serves, saying only that it works where its providers are licensed. Ask about your state first.
Buying a plan that includes a prescription means waiving your right to fill it at a pharmacy of your choice. The medication ships from RX Bella's partner pharmacy, typically within two to three days, and may not come in child-resistant packaging. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
Renewals and canceling
Plans renew every 30 days. RX Bella's terms say you'll get an email five to seven days before each charge and a receipt after. To stop, turn off auto-refill in your portal at least 48 hours before the processing date.
Its treatment-page FAQ asks for more: 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle. That's a big difference, so cancel early if you're unsure which rule applies. Consultations, visits and filled prescriptions aren't refundable once services start or medication is processed. Disputes go to individual arbitration, with an opt-out described in the terms.
