The "from $89" and "from $129" in Cielo's ads are the six-month rates, shown under a flash-sale banner against "regular" prices of $199 and $299 a month. Cielo doesn't say whether a three- or six-month plan is paid up front or billed monthly over the term. Ask before you check out, because that decides how much you'd lose if you stopped early.
The price includes the physician's review, personalized dosing, follow-up care and free expedited shipping. Cielo doesn't take insurance.

What comes with the medication
Cielo says its compounded medication is made in the U.S. and includes added ingredients meant to help keep muscle, raise energy and reduce nausea. It doesn't list what those additives are, so ask your provider what's in your vial. Cielo also says every batch is tested, though it doesn't publish the results.
You get unlimited access to your provider, help with refills, and support by phone, email or live chat, including same-day appointments. Cielo says it gives 10% of all proceeds to charity.
How approval and shipping work
You start with a secure online health intake, and a licensed provider reviews it the same day. If you meet the criteria, you can be approved without a live telehealth visit. Once payment goes through and the prescription is approved, medication usually arrives within two to three business days in discreet packaging.
Cielo doesn't name its prescribers, its medical director or the pharmacy that fills its orders, and it doesn't publish a list of the states it serves. If any of those matter to you, ask before you pay.
Canceling
Cielo says there are no contracts and you can cancel at any time. You're responsible only for medication that has already shipped. If you're on a longer plan, ask how that rule applies to months you've paid for but haven't received.
Worth knowing
