How Factor Health MD prices its plans
Factor Health MD sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, which it calls Semaglutide Plus and Tirzepatide Plus, at one flat rate for every dose. What changes the price is how long a plan you buy. It sells annual, semi-annual, quarterly and monthly programs, and the longer the plan, the lower the monthly rate.
Tirzepatide on the annual plan is $149.99 a month, charged as $1,799.88 for a 12-month supply. The longer plans are listed by their full upfront amount, so check whether you're paying for a year at once. Factor recently cut its prices, and its banner advertises plans from $79.99 a month, so read the pricing page for the current semaglutide figures before you choose a term. The monthly plans cost the most per month.
If you don't want a recurring plan at all, there's a pay-as-you-go option: single vials priced by the milligram, with no recurring charges.
Every program includes the medication at all doses, syringes and alcohol swabs, virtual physician appointments as needed, and shipping. The consultation is free, HSA and FSA cards are accepted, and insurance isn't.

The commitment, read closely
Factor's FAQ answers the commitment question two ways. In one place it says service is month to month with no long-term commitment. In another, it says subscription weight-loss programs require an initial three-month commitment. Ask support which applies to the plan you're buying before you pay.
To cancel, you need to give 14 days' notice before your next billing date. You can cancel through your account or by contacting support.
A video visit is required
You start with an online health assessment, and lab work may be needed in some cases. You pay up front to secure an appointment, then meet a licensed provider by two-way video. Factor doesn't approve anyone from a form alone. Providers are assigned by state license and availability, and you can ask to switch. GLP-1 programs are for adults aged 18 to 75.
If you aren't approved for the program you chose, you get a full refund.
Who fills the prescription
Factor doesn't dispense medication itself. Prescriptions are filled by third-party compounding pharmacies, which Factor doesn't name, and shipped to you in 30-, 60- or 90-day refills depending on your plan. You can have the prescription sent to a pharmacy of your choice, but Factor's prices apply only inside its own network, so a local pharmacy may charge more.
Factor is based in St. Petersburg, Florida, and serves only the states where it operates. It doesn't publish a list, so confirm during the assessment.
