iThriveMD's prices, month to month and prepaid
iThriveMD sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide at the same price for every dose. On the month-to-month plan, billed every 28 days, semaglutide is $199 for the first month and $299 after that. Tirzepatide is $399 a month at the regular rate, with the same $100-off first-month promotion. Continuous treatment on the monthly option is thirteen 28-day cycles a year, rather than twelve calendar-month charges. That promotion applies to the first month only and can't be combined with a prepaid package.
Paying upfront brings the monthly rate down. Each package is paid in full at purchase, ships every 28 days and renews automatically at the same interval.

The discounts aren't the same for both drugs. On a 48-week prepay, tirzepatide works out cheaper per month than semaglutide. iThriveMD mentions a payment plan for the prepaid packages, and its telehealth materials mention financing through Cherry. It doesn't bill insurance.

What the program includes
The plans include clinical oversight and coaching, monthly consultations, metabolic lab testing and progress tracking. iThriveMD starts with a free consultation and a lab panel before treatment, and says dosing is adjusted at each check-in. The medication is injected twice a week, not once.
Care comes from a named team. The founder, Dr. Samir Damani, is a cardiologist, and most of the other clinicians listed are naturopathic doctors. The medication is dispensed by a LegitScript-certified facility and is third-party tested, but the pharmacy isn't named. iThriveMD also sells a separate three-month microdosing tirzepatide program, along with hormones, NAD+, peptides and IV therapy.
In a clinic or at home, and where
iThriveMD is a hybrid. It runs clinics in the San Diego area, Laguna Niguel, Roseville, Sunnyvale and Walnut Creek in California, plus Scottsdale, Arizona. Its homepage now explicitly offers telehealth across California and Arizona, labs ordered at a partner lab near you, and free two-day shipping. You can start in a clinic or at home if you're eligible. Confirm eligibility if you live outside California and Arizona.
Canceling and refunds
You can cancel a subscription from your account or by contacting iThriveMD. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The terms say subscription purchases are non-refundable. That matters most on a 48-week package, which is paid in full on day one. Ask before you buy what happens if you need to stop partway through.
