The longer packages bring the monthly cost down a lot, but you pay the whole amount at once. Its headline says $79 per four weeks on the twelve-month semaglutide prepaid plan, but the FAQ quotes $948 for twelve months. Those descriptions do not establish the same supply length; confirm the exact number of weeks and total before paying. Financing at checkout can split a package into monthly payments.

Southern Vitality has run a weight-loss clinic in Valdosta, Georgia since 2012, and now treats patients by telehealth as well. Its medical director, Dr. Igor Ancor, is board-certified in internal medicine and personally approves every patient's plan. The site says he is licensed in eleven states but does not publish a treatment-specific coverage list. Ask whether he can treat you and the chosen pharmacy can ship to your state.
You start with a short online intake. The consult is free. If you're approved, you get dosing instructions and supplies, then check-ins every two weeks. Every patient also gets a portal app with a weight tracker, side-effect log, workout plans and a meal library.
Named pharmacies and shipping
Southern Vitality names the three compounding pharmacies it sources from: PerfectRx in Bartonville, Texas, and The Pharmacy Hub and Rx Compounding Store, both in South Florida. The prescription goes to one of them, and the medication ships cold to your door by FedEx, UPS or USPS.
Its terms put the full timeline at five to seven business days from approval to delivery, and two to three days once the box is dispatched. Missing ID, incomplete intake answers or slow replies to the provider can delay it.
When your card is charged, and refunds
Submitting the intake places a temporary hold on your card for the quoted total, and you're charged only if the doctor approves you. If you aren't approved, the hold drops off by itself.
You can cancel for free until your prescription has been approved and sent to the pharmacy. After that, every sale is final. Any order still open 30 days after purchase also counts as fulfilled, whether or not it has shipped. In-clinic appointments need 24 hours' notice to cancel, or you may be charged a fee. Disputes go to arbitration in Lowndes County, Georgia.
