Harmony Wellness Clinic prices its compounded GLP-1s by dose level, and the monthly price climbs as your dose goes up. Both drugs come with vitamin B12 added. Harmony calls semaglutide "GLP-1 + B12" and tirzepatide "GLP-1 / GIP + B12."

Harmony doesn't say which milligram dose each level matches, so ask your provider which level you'll start on and where you're likely to end up. If you need a higher dose to keep losing, a year on tirzepatide could cost noticeably more than the Level 1 price suggests. Harmony accepts HSA and FSA cards, and Afterpay if you'd rather split a payment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a visit, give notice within Harmony's set time frame, or you may be charged a cancellation fee. Its terms don't say how much the fee is or how much notice is required, so ask when you book.
