Eloria Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Eloria sells two compounded GLP-1 injections, semaglutide and tirzepatide, on monthly plans that renew until you cancel. Semaglutide is $79 for the first month, then $299 a month. Tirzepatide is $129 for the first month, then $399 a month. Eloria says the price covers the medical evaluation, your plan, ongoing provider support and the medication, with no membership or hidden fee. Shipping is free, insurance isn't needed, and HSA and FSA cards are accepted.

The first-month price is the one in big type. Budget on the monthly price that follows, since that's what you pay from month two on.

Oral GLP-1 tablets are mentioned too, but without a price. You discuss them with your clinician during the medical review.

Eloria Health LLC, registered in Newark, Delaware, runs the platform. Clinical care comes from Arora Health & Aesthetics, an affiliated medical practice, and Eloria features two of its physicians, Dr. Sean Arora and Dr. Shannon Arora. A disclaimer notes that showing them doesn't mean they endorse Eloria's products.

Prescriptions are filled by U.S.-based, state-licensed pharmacies, which Eloria doesn't name. Services are available only where its affiliated providers are licensed and its pharmacies can dispense, and Eloria doesn't publish a state list. Check eligibility for your state in the online assessment.

You complete an online health assessment, and a licensed provider decides whether a prescription is appropriate. It isn't automatic. If you're approved, the medication ships to your door. Eloria also sells Closer, a compounded ED tablet, on the same account.

Billing runs automatically. You can switch off auto-billing in your account settings, and Eloria says to do it before your next billing date so the change applies to the coming cycle.

• Refunds. Eloria's refund policy is one paragraph: prescription products can't be returned and all sales are final. The only opening is if you think your prescription was filled in error.
• Month two. The price jumps after the first month, from $79 to $299 for semaglutide and from $129 to $399 for tirzepatide.
• Unfinished site text. A few FAQ answers on the homepage carry a stray web-designer link in place of text, so lean on support rather than the site for details.
• The medication. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide aren't FDA-approved.
