Fitish Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Fitish sells its GLP-1s like products in an online shop, one monthly supply at a time. Each listing says the price is for a month's supply and that a medical evaluation is required.

Fitish says the tirzepatide price includes the provider consult and shipping. It does not take insurance. HSA or FSA card acceptance varies; check with your plan administrator, and the shop offers Sezzle installments.

There are two separate lanes. The standard program is the weight-loss one, and your provider raises the dose over time. The microdosing program stays at one fixed low dose that never increases. Fitish says plainly that it isn't a weight-loss or maintenance program. It's pitched as gentle support for portion awareness and food noise. It's billed every 28 days at a lower price than the standard program, and discount codes don't apply to it.

If you'd rather skip needles, the oral tirzepatide is a tablet that dissolves under your tongue once a day. It costs $339 for a four-week supply. The standard injection pages say monthly supply without specifying the same four-week billing interval, so confirm the schedule for your chosen format.

You fill out an online intake, and Fitish sends it to its medical team within 24 hours. A live visit only happens if your state requires one. Otherwise a provider reviews your answers and messages you with any questions. A decision usually comes within one to two business days.

You're charged automatically once you're approved, and the prescription goes to a partner compounding pharmacy. Orders ship by FedEx or UPS Priority Overnight, and cold-shipped medications only leave the pharmacy Monday through Thursday. Fitish says to expect your box five to seven business days after approval. Your care team stays reachable through the patient portal for dose questions.

Fitish RX's refund policy says all sales are final once a purchase is complete. You can get the prescription cost back if it's canceled before it's filled, or if the pharmacy sent the wrong medication. For other errors, such as a box sent to the wrong address through Fitish's mistake, email the clinic within 10 days with photos. Refunds take 7 to 10 business days. The 30-day return policy in the shop covers beauty products, not prescriptions.
