Bodyshop Wellness Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Bodyshop Wellness is a wellness company that sells weight loss programs alongside hormone therapy, vitamin shots, meal plans, hair-loss and ED treatment, and lab panels. Its in-person side is the vitamin shots, given at pop-up events that it says visit more than 90 cities from Ardmore to San Antonio every other week. Its footer lists three pharmacy locations: Rush Pharmacy in Oviedo, Florida, Red Rock Pharmacy in Salt Lake City, and PerfectRx in Argyle, Texas.

For weight loss you choose between a "natural approach," built on meal plans and coaching, and a "medical approach" with prescription medication.

The medical route has six steps, and Bodyshop lays them out in order:

1. Fill out an online questionnaire.
2. Get a text with a link to its telemedicine app, and book a free consultation with one of its physicians.
3. Go over your answers and treatment options with the physician on that call.
4. Enroll in the program and get a lab order for a blood test at a lab of your choice.
5. Review the results with your physician, who sets a treatment plan and writes any prescriptions.
6. Receive the medication at your door, with help on injections if you need it.

Steps four through six repeat every 90 days, so plan on fresh bloodwork each quarter. Bodyshop lists four medication options. Semaglutide and tirzepatide are weekly injections. The other two, naltrexone with bupropion and phentermine, are daily pills.

Bodyshop doesn't publish a price for semaglutide, tirzepatide or the program itself. The first consultation is free, and you'll learn the cost only after the questionnaire, the call and enrollment. It also doesn't say whether the medication is compounded or brand-name, how billing works, or what a dose increase does to the price.

The one place it shows prices is its lab menu. You can buy blood panels directly without a referral, starting at $85, and a provider reviews the results. Since the program calls for labs every 90 days, ask whether those quarterly tests are included in the program price or billed on top.
