Ambiante Health & Wellness Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Ambiante Health & Wellness doesn't publish a dollar figure for any of its GLP-1 programs. It says pricing is flat-rate and confirmed after a provider reviews your consultation, with no consultation charge, no hidden fees and no extra charge when your dose changes. So the quote you get after review should be the price at every dose. Get it in writing before you pay.

There are three weight programs: compounded semaglutide, compounded tirzepatide, and a low-dose "longevity microdose" protocol aimed at body composition rather than the scale. NAD+ can be added to any plan. Ambiante is private pay only and doesn't bill insurance.

The terms describe monthly billing. A recurring order charges your card when you place it and every 30 days after, and Ambiante says it emails you five to seven days before each charge.

Each program comes with the compounded medication, a dedicated provider, dose changes directed by that provider, direct messaging through the patient portal between check-ins, structured check-ins, and temperature-controlled delivery in unmarked packaging.

The practice is built for women, and its founder and clinical director is Lilly Baptiste. The consultations themselves are reviewed by independent, U.S.-licensed providers, and the medication is prepared by partner compounding pharmacies in the United States, which Ambiante doesn't name. It lists adults 18 and older with a BMI of 27 or more, or 25 or more with a weight-related condition, as candidates.

Ambiante gives two different cancellation rules. The program FAQ says a membership needs 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle. The terms say you can cancel a subscription up to 48 hours before the monthly order processes. Ask support which one applies to you, and give the longer notice to be safe.

A new prescription order can be canceled within 24 hours, as long as the provider network hasn't received it yet. After that, consultations and fulfilled prescriptions aren't refundable, and medication can't be returned. You get a full refund if a pharmacist can't verify the prescription.

• What's in the vial. The program pages say the medication is compounded, while the site's footer disclaimer says prescribed medications are FDA-approved products. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved.
