Vitalex Health sells compounded semaglutide, compounded tirzepatide and a low-dose GLP-1 microdose program. Its general program headline starts at $98.99 monthly, but the price you'll actually pay is confirmed only after a provider reviews your consultation. Vitalex says that quote includes everything: no consultation charge, no hidden fees and no surcharge when your dose changes. If you're not approved, you aren't charged.

The terms set out monthly billing. A recurring order charges your card when you place it and again every 30 days until you cancel, with an email notice five to seven days before each charge.

Vitalex's pages don't say whether tirzepatide is quoted higher than semaglutide, and its advertised starting price has changed over time. Treat the provider's quote as the real number, and get it in writing before you pay.

Each program includes the compounded medication, a provider who sets and adjusts your dose, structured check-ins, direct messaging with your provider through a secure patient portal, and delivery to your door. Vitalex lists seven-day care messaging and says starting takes about three minutes.

Vitalex is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and works as a telehealth platform. It connects patients with independent, board-certified providers and state-licensed compounding pharmacies, and it doesn't prescribe or dispense anything itself. It doesn't name the pharmacies or a medical director. It lists adults 18 and older with a BMI of 27 or more, or 25 or more with a weight-related condition, as candidates. Confirm it serves your state before you pay.

Vitalex gives two cancellation rules. The program FAQ asks for 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle. The terms say you can cancel a subscription up to 48 hours before the monthly order processes. Give the longer notice so you aren't charged for a month you didn't want.

A new prescription order can be canceled within 24 hours, as long as the provider network hasn't received it. After that, consultations and fulfilled prescriptions aren't refundable, and medication can't be returned. You get a full refund if a pharmacist can't verify the prescription. Report a wrong or damaged delivery within 48 hours.
