Thriving Again Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Thriving Again is a men's health company that sells testosterone therapy, peptides, hair-loss and ED treatment, and a GLP-1 weight-loss program. The only price on its site is a "from" monthly figure for its hormone and peptide protocols. It doesn't publish a price for the weight-loss program, and it doesn't say which GLP-1 it prescribes or in what form.

Its site does carry the standard notice that compounded products aren't FDA-approved, which suggests at least some of what it sells is compounded. Before you pay, ask:

• Which drug you'd get, semaglutide or tirzepatide, and whether it's compounded or brand-name.
• What it costs per month, and whether the price rises as your dose goes up.
• Whether you're billed as a subscription or a membership, and how often.
• Which pharmacy fills the prescription and how long shipping takes.

Everything begins with a free online quiz. The weight-loss quiz asks first how much you want to lose, then what's motivating you, before moving into your health history. Thriving Again says every provider on its platform is board-certified and licensed in your state, and that its providers can treat patients nationwide. It doesn't name a medical director or any of its physicians, and it doesn't publish a state list.

Once you're a patient, you get ongoing messaging with your clinical team and progress tracking. For hormone patients there's an at-home lab kit with results in about three days. Thriving Again doesn't say whether labs are part of the weight-loss program.

Thriving Again's refund policy is short: all sales are final, and it doesn't offer refunds. If you're on a recurring subscription or membership, you cancel future billing by emailing its help address. It warns that the timing of your request may decide whether the next billing cycle has already gone through, so cancel well ahead of your renewal date.
