How Teladoc's GLP-1 program works
Teladoc Health has a GLP-1 prescription and support program inside its weight management service. It pairs a care provider with coaching, dietitians and tracking tools. Teladoc sells the program to employers and health plans, and every route in starts with a "Check my eligibility" step that opens a Teladoc member account.
Teladoc says the program is open to you only if you're eligible. Coverage depends on your plan, and some insurers require program activities to keep paying for the drug. If you're prescribed a GLP-1 and insurance won't pay, its providers can send the prescription to discount self-pay pharmacies such as LillyDirect and NovoCare.
If your plan doesn't include it
There's no public sign-up price for people outside a covered plan. Ask HR or your insurer first. Otherwise, see what Zepbound costs or what Wegovy and Ozempic cost.
