Sumbare Wellness Review: Price, Pros & Cons

Sumbare Wellness sells compounded semaglutide, compounded tirzepatide and a low-dose GLP-1 "microdose" program, each at what it calls one flat price. The homepage now advertises programs from $149 monthly. This is a shared floor, not a quote for either drug: Sumbare says your actual price is confirmed after a provider reviews your consultation. Once quoted, it says there's no consultation charge, no hidden fees and no extra charge when your dose goes up. If you aren't approved, you pay nothing.

The terms describe monthly billing. A recurring order charges your card when you place it and again every 30 days until you cancel, and Sumbare says it sends an email five to seven days before each charge.

Get the quoted price for your drug in writing before you pay, and ask whether tirzepatide costs more than semaglutide. Sumbare's program pages don't list a separate figure for each.

Each program covers the compounded medication, a licensed provider who sets and adjusts your dose, check-ins, messaging with your care team through a secure patient portal, and discreet delivery to your door. Medication ships on a regular cadence from licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies, which Sumbare doesn't name.

Sumbare is a telehealth platform, not a medical practice. It connects patients with independent, board-certified providers and state-licensed pharmacies, and it says it doesn't prescribe or dispense anything itself. Treatment is for adults 18 and older. Confirm Sumbare serves your state before you pay.

Sumbare publishes two cancellation rules. The program FAQ says a membership needs 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle. The current terms say you may cancel your subscription anytime, but dispensed or delivered medication is not refunded. Ask which notice deadline applies and give the longer notice unless the company confirms otherwise in writing.

A new prescription order can be canceled within 24 hours of ordering, as long as the provider network hasn't received it. After that, consultations, visits and fulfilled prescriptions aren't refundable, and medication can't be returned. You get a full refund if a pharmacist can't verify the prescription. Report a wrong or damaged delivery within 48 hours, with photos if asked.
