- The prescriber is named AND independently verifiable: Wasef Health, PC, medical prescriber Michael Wasef, MD, NPI 1417261926, which resolves in NPPES to an active Internal Medicine registration with a Florida license
- Three routes on one plan — semaglutide injection, tirzepatide injection and sublingual tirzepatide drops — and the clinician may switch your format under the existing plan at no extra fee
